Okay, so what’s the celebrity diet de jour? Who tried what to lose weight for what
role? What celebrity diet did so and so
use to get into that dress for the
awards ceremony. Holy smokes! She
just had a baby? And she looks like that? Which one of the new celebrity diets did she
use?
There are entire shows built around the idea of what
celebrity diets people in the spotlight use to keep their slender, sublime
figures. We want to know about these
things because we want to emulate these folks.
We want to be just like them and look just like them.
Let’s face it. Most
of the celebrities are a sexy lot. We
want to know what new celebrity diets are because of that fact.
The trend of ultra-thin is hopefully on its way out as the
pop princesses and celebrity debutantes get a little older and wiser, but the
new celebrity diets that made them that way are still out there as young girl
after young girl tries to shrink herself size negative 2 thin.
For most of us, the truth behind new celebrity diets that
promote rapid weight loss is that they are terrible for us. They will not keep the weight off for good
and unless you’re expecting about £5,000,000 or more for losing the weight,
then you need to follow celebrity diets that stem from sound health advice.
You see, despite all of the stories we hear about radical
weight loss amongst celebrities, most celebrities follow far healthier diets
than the typical new celebrity diet.
They eat healthful, organic cuisine and work out.
No amount of Botox will replace the effects of healthful
eating on the skin. Celebrities know
that in order to look as good as they need to in order maintain their celebrity
status that they need to take good care of themselves.
Actors like Christian Bale who are notorious for losing
dramatic amounts of weight for different movie roles only do so for the movie
role. In reality, they live very healthy
lifestyles outside of those occasional times that they lose the weight with new
celebrity diets for a particular character.
