Well, I’ll tell you what they are NOT doing!  Crazy yo-yo dieting is out.  Drinking syrup tonics and eating cabbage soup is out. 

  • Healthful Eating Has Added Benefits

The point is that the hot new diet trends are really all about healthful eating.  That’s because people have finally figured out that there is no replacement for healthful nutrition habits.  

The hot new diet trends take your overall health into consideration.  We spend so much money every year on trying to make our hair look better and our skin smoother, yet we spend little time doing much for the inside of our bodies. 

You may be young enough to not worry about cardiovascular disease (or so you think!), but do you realise that most of the time, the way your hair and skin look has everything to do with what’s going on inside your body and very, very little to do with what’s going on with the outside?
